Tensile Test

We have special tensile testing mould which is made as per standards for casting Dumbell shaped Tensile Testing Rods. The Rods further are used to find tensile test , elongation , yield stress etc which are very important mechanical properties of a sound castings.

Torque Test

Torque is a measure of the turning force on an object such as a bolt. Our torque tester is used as a quality control device for online testing of CTQ parameters.

Die Penetration Test

We use this test to locate surface-breaking defects in Aluminium Casting. The results of the test are noted and used in analysis to eliminate shrinkage porosity , cracks from the root cause.

Elco meter

Measurement of Coating thickness is very important as a CTQ for our incoming and online processes. Elco meter helps us maintain a strict control for that.

Hardness Test

Indentation hardness tests are used to determine the hardness of a material to deformation.Indentation hardness correlates linearly with tensile strength which is very important for Load bearing parts like Conn Rods.

RATS

Electrical Resistance Test

The resistance of a given object depends primarily on two factors: What material it is made of, and its shape . Shape is a parameter of the design which is given by Customer . However a very important factor i.e. composition / structure of material is determined by this test.
